Ingrid Minott


Ingrid is in-house legal counsel to Deloitte LLP where she manages complex commercial litigation files on a broad range of legal issues involving audit, tax, advisory and consulting services. Ingrid manages the successful delivery of legal services by external counsel and also provides litigation, risk management, employment and regulatory/compliance advice and support to internal stakeholders across Canada. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ingrid began her legal career as an associate with a Bay Street firm where she practiced as a commercial litigator for five years and provided advice on a broad range of commercial legal issues, including in the context of shareholder disputes, contract claims, regulatory proceedings, securities litigation and product liability litigation.

Ingrid has acted for clients in a variety of industries, including the financial services, professional services, manufacturing and food services industries, and has taught as a Sessional Instructor at Humber College.

Ingrid has been admitted to practice law in Ontario, New York and the District of Columbia, and provides pro bono legal services through Pro Bono Ontario’s Law Help Program. She is the recipient of the 2017 CGCA’s “Tomorrow’s Leader” Award.
